Honorable Martin A. Carbone, Sr.

Martin A. Carbone, Sr. is the Senior Partner of Carbone & Carbone LLP. In addition to private practice he served as an attorney for the New York State Departments of Transportation, Social Services and Civil Service. He also served as the City Attorney for the City of Mechanicville and served as a City Court Judge for 20 years.

He has been active in the community serving on the School Board and was a member of the Sons of Italy where he held the posts of Treasurer and Vice President.

Judge Carbone has a B.A. degree from Rutgers University, a M.S. Ed. from the College of Saint Rose and a J.D. from Albany Law School.
